We are pleased to welcome Stephanie Graf to our Project Management team in the US. Stephanie joined us last month. We recently had the opportunity to talk with her about her career and first few weeks with Keosys.

Where are you based in the US?

I’m located in Bucks County in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

What are your roles and responsibilities as a Keosys project manager?

I provide oversight and manage all tasks related to imaging for clinical trial sponsors—everything from initiation to study closeout. I keep the timeline on track and the project within budget. The sponsor also relies on the project manager to ensure quality and timely results for any deliverable, but it is especially critical should imaging data be needed for important interim analyses.

Who will you be working with internally?

Depending on the scope of the project, I will interact with most roles at Keosys, perhaps most extensively with the Sciences Group and Development Team, both of which provide key aspects of study initiation. I also expect a lot of close collaboration with other members of the project team. Although we may be working on different studies, the team works together to provide support as needed and share knowledge. But at Keosys, everyone is involved in the day-to-day work, right up to the CEO. It’s great to be able offer sponsors that level of focused support.

What attracted you to this opportunity?

It’s especially exciting to me because I’m looking forward to helping to continue build Keosys’s relationships in the US.

Did you get an opportunity to actually meet with any member of the Keosys team as you considered this opportunity?

Yes. Arthur, our CEO. He took the time to meet with me during a recent trip to New York City. And everyone in France has been so nice, welcoming, and accommodating during our virtual trainings and meetings.

You have more than 10 years of experience in project management for imaging. Where were you working prior to joining Keosys?

I had been with ICON Medical Imaging here in Pennsylvania since 2010, most recently as Imaging Senior Project Manager. In my time at ICON, I was involved in many different studies—Phases I through III, US studies as well as global studies, and studies in many indications. The bulk of my experience has been in oncology, but I have more recently been working in the NASH space as well.

What are you looking forward to as you begin with Keosys?

I’m very much looking forward to interfacing live with sponsors, as soon as that is feasible. And I hope to visit the team in France. I’m excited to learn the way the Keosys team works and maybe bring a different perspective.

Have you been to France previously?

I’ve been to Paris, but not to the place where Keosys is based, Nantes, on the west coast.
